The fringed rows sit atop each other in a layered pattern from top to bottom and the movement this creates every time you move is just fabulous! The top is kept simple and sexy with tiny straps for the shoulders and a simple bodice. The waist nips in to give you that coveted hourglass shape and the skirt is fitted and lean so your every curve is accentuated.
